Mark is Vice President for International Business Development Operations for the Electronic Systems Sector of BAE Systems, Inc. His extensive business experience is primarily focused on international business winning in the diverse global defense domain.

Mark’s more than twenty-five years of Electronic Systems Sector responsibilities have included executive oversight of all international new business and related strategy development, opportunity creation-pursuit-winning, strategic alliances, collaboration with United States and foreign government organizations and industries, industrial participation programs and a portfolio of foreign representative relationships.

Mark maintained similar responsibilities for the Information and Electronic Warfare Systems Sector of Lockheed Martin Corporation subsequent to its acquisition of Loral Electronic Systems, where he held executive positions including Vice President for US and International Business Development – Electronic Warfare and Reconnaissance Programs.

Earlier, Mark completed twenty-two years of service with Grumman Corporation in a succession of engineering, program management and executive management positions, including extensive overseas travel/assignments. Mark’s responsibilities included Director of Airborne Early Warning Aircraft International Programs, holding concurrent business development and program management accountability for all related US Government Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Direct Commercial Sales (DCS), international industrialization programs and new-business pursuits.

Mark’s professional degrees include Bachelor of Engineering (Engineering Science) awarded by the State University of New York at Stony Brook and Master of Science (Management Engineering) awarded by Long Island University. Mark served in the US Army – Air Defense Missile Command.
